Large crypto swaps, without an exchange or your name
Move a large amount of crypto into Zcash or another supported asset in one direct swap. You see a firm price before you commit, with fees already deducted, and no account, email or identity documents.
- Automatic quotes up to $50,000,000, when pricing conditions allow. Otherwise the request is declined, not quoted at a price we can't stand behind.
- The swap fee is the same rate at every size — there is no large-trade premium. What changes is how long a quote is held open: larger trades get a shorter window.
- Two separate clocks: accept the quote before it expires, then send the deposit within the funding window shown on your swap.
- Exact deposit instructions appear after you create the swap. Processing begins once the deposit is verified.
How a large swap works
There is no desk, no broker and no negotiation. The same automated flow prices a $5,000 swap and a $500,000 one — size changes the price and the timing, not the process.
- Get a quote. Choose what you are sending and what you want, enter the amount, and you see exactly what you will receive — the rate and the fees are all inside the figure shown.
- Accept it in time. Give your destination address and create the swap before the quote countdown expires. Larger quotes expire sooner.
- Send the exact deposit. We generate a deposit address and show the exact amount. Send it from your wallet within the funding window shown on your swap — a separate, longer clock than the quote.
- Verification and payout. Your deposit is verified on its network, then processed, and the receiving coin is sent to the address you gave. Every step can be checked on a public blockchain explorer.
Pricing at larger sizes
You see the whole quote before you accept anything. It shows the exchange rate, the swap fee, the payout network fee, and the final amount you receive — the figure quoted is the figure that arrives.
The swap fee is the same rate at every size: a large trade is not priced at a wider spread than a small one. What does change with size is how long the quote is held open. A firm price held while you fund it is worth more on a larger trade, so larger quotes expire sooner. If the system cannot produce a number it can stand behind, it declines rather than quoting one.
Custody and processing
There are no custodial account balances: nothing to fund, hold or withdraw, and no wallet you top up. Each swap is a one-time exchange against a destination address you supply.
While a swap is processed, SwapToZec temporarily controls the deposited funds — the deposit arrives at an address we generate, and the receiving coin is released to your address once the deposit is verified. Every deposit and payout is an ordinary on-chain transaction you can check on a public explorer.
Zcash payouts support transparent (t1/t3) and unified (u1) address formats. Send to a shielded or unified address and the receiving side is private.
Timing: two separate deadlines
Quote validity is how long you have to accept the price and create the swap. It is shorter for larger trades, and it runs out whether or not you have started.
The funding window is separate and begins only once the swap exists. It is the time you have to broadcast the deposit, and its exact length is shown on your own swap page — it varies by trade, so we do not publish a single number here. Blockchain confirmation time is separate again, and continues on its own once your deposit is sent.
Frequently asked questions
- What is the largest swap I can make without an account?
- Automatic quotes are available up to $50,000,000 when current pricing and liquidity conditions permit. SwapToZEC does not require an account, email address, or identity documents for the swap flow.
- Do I need to verify my identity for a large swap?
- No. There are no identity checks and no account at any size. You supply a destination address, send the exact amount shown, and the coins are paid to that address.
- Is the price I see the price I get?
- Yes. The swap fee and the network fee are already inside the figure shown, so the quoted amount is what arrives. The fee is the same rate at every size; what changes is that quotes for larger transactions expire sooner than quotes for small ones.
- What happens if my request is too large to quote?
- It is declined rather than quoted at a price we cannot stand behind. If that happens, email support@swaptozec.com and a person will answer.
- How is my swap identified without an account?
- By its deposit details: the deposit address together with the exact amount you were told to send. That pairing is what lets the whole process run without an email address or an account.
If something needs attention
A swap can end up waiting for a person rather than completing on its own — most often when the deposit amount does not match the figure on the swap, or when it arrives after the funding window has closed. In both cases the deposit is not discarded; it is reviewed and handled individually.
- Wrong amount, or a deposit after the window: email support@swaptozec.com with your swap link and the deposit transaction hash.
- Deposit not detected, or processing delayed: the swap page shows the current status throughout — keep the link, which without an account is the only route back to the transaction.
- Beyond what the system will quote: email support — a person answers.
